My partner and I stayed at Sol La Palma for a week on our honeymoon. We were thrilled to find a tranquil beach without any pushy vendors or salespeople. The pool, overlooking the sea, gave us the feeling of being on the beach without the annoyance of sand. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near bars, restaurants, and shops allowed us to enjoy evening strolls and explore the area. The nearby dining options were exceptional and reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sol La Palma and plan to return to explore more of the island, possibly in their self-catering apartments. it was the best holiday we've had in ages!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The location is great. Right on the small beach. Staff were friendly and helpful, but whole hotel needs a facelift. Not really worthy of 4 stars, but reflected in the price.
The food was awful. Some of it I fear bordering on a health risk .Emphasis is on quantity not quality. Probably because a lot of the guests were on "all inclusive".

Beautiful Superior twin room with huge terrace overlooking Atlantic Ocean and Mountains. Hotel staff very friendly especially Magdalena, the Manager of the bar and restaurant, who always took the time to speak with us, and great service from Marlene at the restaurant who always had a smile. Great scenery around the hotel, very good entertainment in the evening. There was a good variety of foods for breakfast and dinner. Reception desk staff were always friendly and willing to help anytime we had questions. Would definitely return to the hotel.
Air conditioner worked fairly well, but seemed not to work too well overnight. Restaurant could have had a little more types of desert after dinner.

the location was very good. Waiter friendly. Had champagne given as friends birthday while we were there. Bedrooms clean.
Pool bar staff kept disappearing. Food always cold although microwave there not good for fried eggs. Doves flying in and eating off tables in Restaurant Terrace. Pool Deck never hosed in 4 days we were there. Observatory only open on Sundays.

Staff, facilities, location, selection of foods
air-c not good, some parking but not much, but also not too much of a problem, food: could improve cereals(bfast) and in evenings(dinner) bread is hard.

We stayed on the sunny west coast of La Palma and loved being just a short walk from the beach and ocean. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with regular towel changes. the breakfast had plenty of options and daily fresh fruits. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the outdoor areas were relaxing with beautiful views.
The pool area had long queues to rent towels and inefficient processes.

Good value holiday hotel. Food plentiful and a good selection. Room clean and large we stayed in the superior room and the balcony was very large with two sunbeds and a table and chairs with an excellent view of the sea.
The main bar in the hotel never opened during our 4 day stay and the restaurant staff were surly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, the experience was absolutely phenomenal. the location of this place is simply breathtaking. Situated on a cliff overlooking the majestic ocean, the views were absolutely mesmerizing. I couldn't get enough of the stunning panorama right outside my balcony. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. From room service to car hire, they had me covered with all the amenities I needed. Not to mention, the hotel also offered various leisure facilities such as a swimming pool, spa center, and even live entertainment. It was truly a paradise on Earth.
For anyone searching for a hotel that offers exceptional comfort, quality services, and a perfect location, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to my family and friends. You won't be disappointed.

We had a really nice time at this hotel! The view from the balcony was amazing, with beautiful sunsets every evening. The staff were always friendly and the animation program was great! We also enjoyed the two swimming pools, especially the one with a perfect temperature. The location was also spot on, with everything we needed close by, including lovely gardens and a private feeling. we would definitely stay here again!
There were a few things we disliked about our stay. the check-in process was extremely slow and complicated, which was frustrating after a long journey.

We got excellent value for our money at Sol La Palma in Puerto De Naos. The room was spacious with a beautiful ocean view from the large balcony. The location was great, with easy access to the main promenade and beach. The staff treated us well, speaking English and even giving us thoughtful arrival gifts.
Breakfast delights could be improved by offering more options to cater to different tastes.

We loved the location of this hotel; it’s on Puerto Naos seafront on the sunnier west coast of the island. It's just a short walk away from excellent restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the pool, which overlooks the beach and offers a fantastic view. Additionally, we found the hotel to be very clean, and the staff provided great service during our stay.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
